Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare 2 sheet trays with parchment paper (for easier clean up).
Use a large bowl to toss the broccoli pieces with the olive oil and sea salt to coat. Spread out on the sheet trays (do not crowd the broccoli or it will steam). Roast the broccoli for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through and rotating the trays for even cooking.
Prepare the lemon sauce in the blender and drizzle over the cooked broccoli right before serving.
